School Training Workshops in Paarl
Empowering educators with practical strategies in ADHD, Autism, screen-time, and neurodiversity to better support today’s diverse classrooms.

Why School Training is Crucial
Neurodiverse learners, students with ADHD, Autism, sensory processing differences, or other developmental profiles, make up a significant portion of modern classrooms. Yet many educators feel under-equipped to support them effectively (Jones et al., 2020).
- ADHD is not a behavior problem, it’s a neurodevelopmental condition impacting executive functioning, attention regulation and working memory.
- Autism is not a one-size-fits-all diagnosis. Support needs vary across communication, flexibility, sensory preferences and emotional regulation.
- Screen-time, when unregulated, impacts attention, sleep, and emotional regulation, especially for neurodiverse students.
- Teacher understanding and response can significantly influence outcomes, including self-esteem, engagement, and academic progress.
When educators are trained with practical strategies, not just theory, students thrive.
